We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date product descriptions including fabric type, size availability, design elements, and any specific limitations. Due to screen variations and lighting, actual product colors may slightly differ from images. Measurements may vary slightly due to manual tailoring.
All product prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any). Prices may change without prior notice. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad). Prepayment may be required for selected items.
We deliver across Bangladesh via trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery is typically completed within 2-5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery fees vary depending on your location and courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors like strikes, floods, or traffic issues.
We accept returns only for defective or wrong products, reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing proof (video required). Size exchanges may be accepted based on stock availability. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method or mobile wallet. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
